Classes are held in the bottom hall of the Pond Plain Improvement Association building.  Enter via the side door. There is plenty of parking available.

All sales are final.

Wear comfortable, clean sneakers and workout attire.

Although there is a bathroom available at the facility, there are NO locker rooms.  Please come to class in your workout gear.

Bring a water bottle!  Water bottles are available for purchase.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to sign a waiver, pay for the class, and secure your perfect spot.

Space is available on a drop-in basis.  No pre-registration is required. 

Participants can pay for a class at the door prior to the start of the class.  Only cash, Venmo, or check are accepted.

All first time class participants must sign a Liability Release Waiver.

Please bring a signed copy with you to your first class.

IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, your parents must sign a liability release waiver PRIOR to participating in your first class.  Please bring the Liability Release Waiver with you to the class.
